Hello and welcome to my page!  My name is Melanie Carter and I  am married to Wesley Carter.   I have been employed with Paris ISD for 15 years, where I have been teaching at the Head Start Campus. 

I graduated from Texas A&M Commerce and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood minor and an ESL endorsement.
